One day

the puzzle

you have puzzled

all your life

becomes clear

and you see.

One day

the sun catches

her beautiful face

and you know

how deeply

you are in love.

One day

the mirror lake

is shattered

by a plunging hawk

and your breath

is taken away.

One day

Jesus

and three friends

climbed

to the top

of a mountain . . .
